The U.S EAS Tom model is from a United States Government issued voice message for emergencies that play on national television, as it can range from a small area to the whole nation.
Remember, when using this model, you won’t get into trouble as long as your not doing anything illegal with it (such as hijacking televisions and using this model while playing eas tones to simulate a fake message to people around)
This model can be used to scare friends, just let them know its a prank
